How does the subscription work?

Our monthly snack boxes are delivered to your door each month. You can customize your preferences and manage your subscription anytime.

When will my box ship?

Boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month starting on the month of February 2026. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your box ships.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Unfortunately, No. As our subscription plan is prepaid subscription, our snackbox will be delivered to you on time every month that you has subscribed. However, do get in touch with our support team at email info@munchrop.store if you wish to inquire further. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. 

How long does shipment takes?

As we are shipping your snackbox from Malaysia, expect shipment to take place around 7 to 14 days.
